Davis Doodles Puppy Application

Puppies will be held with a deposit only! Deposits are $250 and are non-refundable. Your deposit will be applied towards your full purchase price. Shipping charges are additional. Please send money orders only made payable to Susan Davis. We will accept personal checks as long as they clear before the puppy turns 4 weeks old. If we do not have a puppy that meets your requirements, you will be first in line for the next litter. The first and second choice puppies from each litter are reserved for Davis Doodles breeding stock. These puppies are not chosen until they are 8 weeks old.
