Puppy Application and Deposits Policy

We require a $300 non-refundable deposit and a completed Puppy Application to hold a puppy for you. Your deposit will be applied toward your full purchase price. Shipping charges are additional. We attempt to meet preferences regarding color and gender, but we cannot guarantee that what you request will be produced in any particular litter. If we don't produce what is requested, you may ask to be moved to the top of the waiting list (after breeder selections) for the next litter.

Deposits may be paid either electronically via Paypal, or you may mail a money order or personal check to our address. Please make money orders or checks payable to Susan Davis. You will be added to a waiting list once the transaction has been processed completely and the funds have been moved into our account. Puppy selection is made in the order in which the funds are actually received, not the order in which checks or money orders arrive at our address. Contact us when you are ready to send your deposit and completed Puppy Application for mailing address information.

Half of the balance (minus the deposit) is due once the puppies are born, and the final payment is due by the time the puppies are 7 weeks old. Paypal can only be used for deposits. Personal checks may be used for deposits or payments made prior to the puppies turning 5 weeks of age. Any subsequent payments must be made by money order or cash.

The first two spots on each waiting list are reserved for Davis Doodles breeding stock. This does not mean that we always keep back two puppies, but we reserve the right to do so. Breeder selections are made when the puppies are between 7 and 8 weeks old. Pet selection is made immediately following. If you are interested in owning one of the potential breeding puppies, please contact us about the possibility of becoming a Guardian Family for one of our breeding dogs.
