About Davis Doodles Australian Labradoodles

Our MISSION is to make a difference one dog and one family at a time.

Here at Davis Doodles Labradoodles, we are committed to the health, safety and welfare of every ALD puppy that is born here for its lifetime. Our GOAL is to raise stable, allergy and asthma-friendly Australian Labradoodles that will fit into any type of family dynamic. We've placed puppies with families from all walks of life, and we've had the privilege of producing numerous working service and therapy dogs over the years, in addition to countless emotional support animals.

Davis Doodles Labradoodles breeds with INTENTION regarding health and temperament, including extensive health testing on our parent dogs, and we provide a 3-year health warranty (one year longer than industry standard) on our Australian Labradoodle puppies. Our parent dogs are tested to the highest standards for breeding including being OFA (or eVet) screened for evidence of hip and elbow dysplasia, patellar luxation, CAER eye exam, and cardiac auscultation, in addition to DNA tested for numerous diseases (and traits) common in ALDs or the ancestral breeds (Poodles, Labrador Retrievers or Cocker Spaniels).

Davis Doodles Labradoodles raises puppies with PURPOSE, including continuous socialization, age appropriate enrichment opportunities, and lots of love and affection. We use many strategies and tools from a varied and diverse set of science-based puppy-raising curriculums in order to bring out the very best in every single Australian Labradoodle puppy born and raised here including Puppy Culture, Avidog (now owned by GoodDog), and Empowered Breeder (BaB).

Susan and Apollo - Suwanee, GA

Susan Davis

Susan spent her summers growing up surrounded by retrievers at her grandparents' home. After adopting a breeder-pick Labrador Retriever puppy in 2005, Susan found her calling in creating Labradoodles. She and her husband have raised five children alongside countless Australian Labradoodles in the Atlanta, Georgia area. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from Georgia Tech and uses her natural passion for science to ensure that her puppies are healthy, happy, and well-socialized before going to loving, dog-educated families.

Currently, Susan serves as an officer of the Board of Directors for the Worldwide Australian Labradoodle Association.
